Refund Policy

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed (you will receive a text message when this happens). Cancellations or refunds will be subject to our management's approval. To contact a manager, please immediately call the restaurant at (914) 997-2000 during business hours.

Advanced orders may be cancelled prior to the scheduled delivery time at our discretion. Please call (914) 997-2000 to find out if your order is eligible for cancellation.

When refunds occur, Hudson Grille or Lilly’s will refund the total price of any cancelled order to the credit or debit card used to place the order. This may take 3-5 business days to fully return to your card. You will receive a text message confirmation when Hudson Grille or Lilly’s issues a refund.
